Meet the Team

Sheri joined Stonelake in 2022. She has been a veterinary technician since 2016 and in the veterinary field for 6+ years, working as a dental and surgical technician for 4 years. Sheri lives in Sacramento with her husband Philip, and two kids. She also several fur babies, cats and dogs, who are all rescues/bottle babies. She enjoys traveling, and camping with friends and family on her days off.

Over the last 18 years, I have dedicated myself to saving animals of all species. Professionally, I have worked as a trainer, hospital administrator, as well technician specializing in exotics. My love of animals has taken me to the Middle East many times to provide veterinary care for the strays of Turkey. For the past four years, I have served on the board for Friends Of Elk Grove Animal shelter and enjoy volunteering in my spare time. My personal pets include my beloved rescues: Bruce, Chai, and Bobbi.

Hi, I’m Valerie and I have been a part of the Stonelake Animal Hospital team since June 2021! I am currently a 4th year undergraduate student at UC Davis with a double major in Animal Science and Spanish. After graduating this spring, I hope to apply to vet school in the summer. I have always had a passion for animals – all throughout high school, I volunteered in 4-H and worked at the Sacramento Zoo. In my free time, I enjoy ice skating, spending time outdoors, going shopping, and listening to Spanish music. I have had many different pets in the past, but I currently have a cat named Sonic and two crested geckos. I am originally from Stonelake, so it is very special to me that I get the opportunity to work with the Elk Grove community! I love meeting all of our wonderful clients and helping their adorable pets.

Hello, My name is Ariel I have been a part of Stone lake animal hospital since August of this year. I have been a technician for 2 years. I have a degree in Paralegal studies. I have 3 horses, 2 cats, a dog, and a chinchilla. I spend my free time with my animals, riding horses, and ice skating.

Hi, My name is Sara and I am the new receptionist at Stonelake Animal Hospital. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my dogs and going on adventures with friends. I look forward to meeting you and your fur baby!

Hi, I’m Amya. I joined the Stonelake Team in June of 2023. I have been in the animal industry since 2013 from raising and showing livestock to working on a Goat ranch for 3 years, tending to the animals as well maintaining the ranch itself. Through all this experience it has led me to have a passion and motivation to not only work in veterinary medicine but grow and adapt with the veterinary field. I strive to obtain as much knowledge needed to provide the best care for both the owners and their four-legged friends. I am a proud mom of a rambunctious Blue Heeler, so it’s safe to say I have a soft spot for the more misunderstood hyperactive breeds of dogs. Working at this veterinary hospital has only made my love and passion for this field grow tremendously. The Stonelake staff is filled with not only amazing doctors and technicians but all-around great humans and I am excited to be apart of and grow with them.

I’m Gagandeep Singh (Deep), a seasoned software developer with a strong foundation in computer science and a flair for crafting innovative solutions, showcasing my proficiency in full-stack development and database management. Beyond the coding realm, I’ve embraced my passion for animal care as a veterinary technician, where I’ve lent my technical skills to surgical assistance, radiology, and laboratory work. This unique blend of expertise reflects my commitment to excellence in both the digital and veterinary domains, where precision meets compassion. Outside of work, you’ll find me immersed in coding projects, volunteering at animal shelters, and exploring the synergy between technology and animal welfare. I’m excited about the continual growth and the positive impact I can make in these dynamic fields.

I am Reanna and I joined the Stonelake Team in July 2024. I have been in Vet Med for 7yrs as a Veterinary Assistant. I got into veterinary medicine because of my passion to help patients and owners get the care they deserve. I have 2 dogs (German Shepherd and Beagle) and 3 cats (1 outdoor and 2 indoor). I enjoy spending my free time with my daughter, taking trips to Disneyland and going to different music events. My favorite animals are Sphynx cats.

Hi! My name is Nicholas and I’ve been a veterinary assistant here at Stonelake for about a year and a half. I’ve found a lot of joy in working with animals here, and in the past have also volunteered at the Sacramento Zoo, Wildlife Care Association, and on my campus at UC Davis. In my free time, I enjoy playing guitar, doing martial arts, and running with my two dogs at home.
